Cancellations & Refunds

This page explains how cancellations, changes and refunds work for consultations, design stages and site support with Life Dream Design.
Consultations
Consultations and site visits may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with 24 hours’ notice by phone or email. A visit cancelled with less notice, or a no-show, may incur a $95 fee before a new visit is scheduled.
Design Stages
You may cancel an engagement at any time in writing. Work completed to the date of cancellation is invoiced at the stage fee pro-rated to work done; any commencement payment in excess of that is refunded. Delivered stages are not refundable.
Free September Layout
The free layout may be cancelled at any time before the site visit without charge. If the visit has taken place and you choose not to receive the layout, no fee applies; the offer is used for that household.
Site Support
Monthly site-support retainers may be cancelled with 14 days’ notice; hourly support is billed only for time used.
Cancellation by Us
If we must cancel an engagement (for example, a scope we cannot deliver), you will receive a full refund of any payment for undelivered work.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
